Nicole Goodno - Fitness & Nutrition Hello, I'm Nicole! I am the co-owner of Scott Strength, LLC which provides online and in person personal training, nutrition, contest prep and posing services.

I am mom over 45, professional natural bodybuilder, and online coach educating moms about flexible dieting, reverse dieting, general nutrition & fueling training for all fitness levels. I am a mom of two very active college bound teens, wife of a busy, traveling husband in the medical industry, professional natural bodybuilder, brain tumor survivor. I hold a Functional Nutrition Specialization (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and a Pn1 Nutrition certification (Precision Nutrition). Through my certifications as well as testing training and nutrition methods on myself and clients, I have gained years of knowledge and experience to effectively create personalized programs and nutrition recommendations to help clients achieve their goals. I have learned that getting my clients the optimal results is best done through sustainable methods that allow you to live life to your fullest. I’m not here to give you the run around on any “magical” diet or exercise that will give you instant results, but to help YOU reach YOUR fitness goals in a way that nourishes and respects your bodies and sets you up to be fit for life! I aim to help you feel confident and empowered, and to help you break free of food and body obsession. I see my role as a guide, facilitator and sounding board, because you are the ultimate expert on yourself. I’ll collaborate with you to develop an individualized plan for nutrition and self-care while providing a safe, non-judgmental environment for you to discuss your food and body concerns.
