School-Based Health Awareness Month
At Hackley Community Care, we believe healthy kids learn better. That’s why we meet students where they are—right at school.
Through our School Wellness Program, students have access to on-site nursing services and virtual visits, helping them get the care they need without missing valuable class time. Fewer early pick-ups, fewer missed work hours for families, and more time focused on learning.
We’re proud to support students at:
- Holton Public Schools
- Fruitport Edgewood Elementary
- Marquette Elementary
- Charles Hackley Middle School
By bringing care directly to schools, we’re helping kids stay healthy, stay in class, and helping families save time and resources.
