We had such a wonderful time partnering with Holton Schools for yesterday’s event! ❤
Together, we were able to provide 26 Kindergarten Health Assessments with dental screenings and 30 sports physicals, helping students get ready for a healthy school year.

We love growing these partnerships and bringing care directly to our community.

Words cannot fully express our gratitude for our partnership with AgeWell and the Muskegon YMCA. The healthy produce you’ve provided to our community has made a meaningful and lasting impact.

On August 6, 2025, our Farm Fresh Bag distribution in partnership with the Muskegon YMCA and Hackley Community Care made a big impact!
- 8,633 pounds of produce distributed
- 898 Farm Fresh Bags distributed
- Recipe cards included for baked corn on the cob, blueberry peach salad and roasted green beans

Fresh, local produce from Crisp Country Acres and Nyblad Orchards.

100% of survey respondents rated the items in their bag as high quality — and one participant summed it up best: “What a treasure bag of fresh fruit and vegetables.”
