We had such a cozy and fun Happy Hour last week! Wyatt & Shari Knapp were back to entertain, and our residents loved every minute.

We warmed up with delicious hot apple cider (with a splash of Fireball for those who wanted it 😉) and enjoyed a spread of comfort foods—including hearty chili and a charcuterie board cleverly shaped like a sweater!

It was the perfect way to welcome the cooler weather and spend time together. 🍁🧡

On Veterans Day, we recognized our 18 Veterans and remembered those we’ve lost this year.

Our Independent Living resident John, a Veteran, shared a moving reading of “American Veteran”, a poem by a resident from The Oaks at Jamestown, continuing a friendship they began this summer.

Special thanks to Val from Emmanuel Hospice for help with certificates and pins for our Veterans!

🎃 Last night we hosted our first ever Trunk or Treat for residents, team members, and their families and friends — and what a fantastic turnout we had! 👻

Highlights included balloon animals by Charlie the Clown (one of our residents!), our octopus-decorated bus handing out candy and books, dance parties to K-Pop Demon Hunters, amazing costumes, cider and donuts, and of course, lots of creative trunks!

A huge thank you to our residents, team members, families, and local businesses who donated candy, decorated trunks, and helped make it such a fun evening. We loved celebrating all together! 💜🧡
