Okay maybe I’m just over making reels since I felt super done with it all yesterday, posting photos with helpful tips feels more manageable.

To the point! This post is your remind to set out extra foods your kids really like (most the timešŸ˜‰) with any meal but especially a meal you’re wondering if anyone’s going to touch. Our go-to’s are random veggies/fruit, yogurt, or toast/rolls etc. It varies but those are the main ones.

Case in point, my son (4yo) grabbed the peas that he likes and started playing with them in his hamburger skillet dish we made. Five minutes later, no prompting, he’s eating the dish all together.

Honestly, it’s a win to see more interaction and playing with food too! Just remember as best as you can keep mealtimes fun and enjoyable with no pressurešŸ™ƒ

I was honestly feeling like stopping social media all together. I don’t do TT but the whole banning of it got me thinking.

I’ve enjoyed creating content to a certain extent but I have been caught up in the algorithm mindset for far too long and I just don’t care anymore.

So I’ll still post and share about MI Little Cooks (local kids, teens and family cooking classes I’m launching!) and share random cooking tips for you and your kids like this egg veggie hash onešŸ™‚but I just don’t know where this account will go from here. Stay tuned!

Cheers!
