Hi, I'm Carolyn Waterstradt, owner of Inner Quest Spiritual Center. For years, I've worked as a psychotherapist searching for how best to help people heal. What I have come to understand is that therapy treats mental illness keeping people trapped in their diagnosis and therefore cannot be deeply healing. Because many of our emotions lodge in the body, Inner Quest also partners with Becca Denny, a massage therapist who understands the spirit, mind, body connection.
