Hey everyone, I’m excited to announce that I just became certified as a personal trainer and am starting my own remote fitness coaching program, Halverson Fitness. My goal is to help people build lean muscle or lose an extra 15-20 lbs. of unwanted weight, despite our hectic work and social schedules.
Fitness has always been my passion, which is why I ultimately decided to get certified and help share my love of fitness with others. I always struggled to gain weight and put on muscle, which had a negative impact on my self-image and perception. I’ve also seen how extra unwanted weight can negatively affect people’s self-confidence, which has inspired me to become a fitness coach to help other people also reach their fitness goals.
