Thank you to all of our amazing partners who stopped by today for our Pie & Fly event! We loved getting to see everyone, share some holiday cheer, and send you off with pies made just for you. 🥧✨

Your continued support means the world to us and to our residents. We appreciate the relationships we’ve built and the heart you bring into the work we do together every day.

19 total pies were RSVP’d and claimed including 2 walk ins (of course we had back up)

Muskegon Charter Township is once again adopting our two campus’s for the holiday and we’re so grateful! Please see below post for more information on how you can help our residents have a very merry Christmas this year 🎄

🎄✨ Spreading Christmas Cheer in Muskegon Township! ✨🎄

Muskegon Township employees are once again thrilled to adopt the two Christian Care facilities in our Township—one on Sheridan and one on McLaughlin! These homes care for more than 150 residents, many of whom don’t have family who visit or send gifts during the holidays. 💛

Their wish lists are simple but heartfelt—things like cozy nightgowns, books, puzzles, warm clothing, and basic necessities that bring comfort, dignity, and a touch of Christmas joy. 🎁🧣📚

🌟 How You Can Help:
Stop by, take a tag (or two!), and help make Christmas brighter for a resident who could use some extra love this season.

🎅 Short on time?
You can also drop off any amount as a monetary donation, and our holiday elves will shop on your behalf. We do our very best to purchase the exact items residents personally request, ensuring their gifts are meaningful and truly theirs. ❤️

🇺🇸 Honoring Our Veterans This Veterans Day 🇺🇸

Today, we had the privilege of celebrating Veterans Day with an incredibly meaningful ceremony right here at our community. A heartfelt thank you to AdvisaCare for hosting this special event — they thoughtfully organized the entire ceremony and personally pinned each of our veterans in honor of their service and sacrifice.

A very special thank you goes out to Dave Stratton, our talented company contractor who recently completed the beautiful remodel of our new third floor. Dave went above and beyond by creating custom hats for each of our veteran residents, proudly featuring their service branch.

And another huge thank you to our amazing maintenance assistant, who handcrafted flag crosses for each veteran — a touching tribute made with care and gratitude.

As always— thank you MANDY, Activities Director, for organizing this entire event and going above and beyond for our residents.

We are so proud to honor the heroes who have given so much for our country. Thank you to all who helped make this Veterans Day so memorable and full of heart. ❤️🤍💙
