Affinia Health Network

Affinia Health Network is a Clinically Integrated Network (CIN), bringing together a health network of over 1,400 physicians, four hospitals, and other professional health care professionals, working together, using proven protocols and measures, to improve patient care, decrease health care costs, and raise value.
