Imagine being a new, small business and getting new signs for your building for them to not even last 5 years! You reach out to the company that originally installed your signs to get a quote on what it would take to replace them and accidentally get CC'd into a message where the Vice President of the company disrespectfully talks about your request amongst their entire staff.
When brought to the vice presidents attention we were met with silence.
Out of the 5 original signs the company provided, 2 of them needed to be replaced. Naturally, we reached out to the original
company that provided the signs for a quote on the two signs and instead were met (accidentally) with a distasteful comment.
It seems as though this company prides itself on ensuring they ring you out for every penny they can by billing you “at a minimum $100/hr, even if it's just to look up "old" information”.
Returning to them seemed like the obvious route to take, but after receiving this message it is clear to us that Graphics & Signs do not pride themselves on taking care of returning customers who have already paid thousands.
Instead,they would rather install signs that don't last, charge you thousands, and then disrespect you when you ask for a quote for THEIR signs.
We are not looking for a handout, but simply a quote. Are they going to charge us for reaching out, too? We take pride in the business that we do in the community in advancing health journeys amongst our patients and it was shocking to not receive that same ethic.
