We’re upgrading how we serve you. The Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH) is launching a new Electronic Health Records (EHR) system this fall. Five locations will start first, with all sites using it by May 2026.

What it means for our clients:

· Faster service
· More consistent care across the state
· Easier access to health information

During the change: We’ll work to keep our client care running smoothly with minimal disruptions. The new system will make many steps quicker for both clients and our staff.

Why it matters: This system was built with clients in mind. Every decision - from set-up to training - puts client needs first.

The launch of this EHR is a major step in modernizing public health in Oklahoma, and we anticipate its positive impact for years to come.
