EOVAHCS had a wonderful time at the Tulsa State Fair this past weekend, sharing information about Veterans' resources and benefits, as well as providing flu shots to registered Veterans. We thoroughly enjoyed speaking with servicemembers, Veterans, and their families. Breast cancer is the second most common cancer and the second leading cause of cancer death among women. Regular screening tests can significantly reduce your risk. Early detection through routine mammograms can catch breast cancer in its earliest, most treatable stages.

Routinely getting a mammogram is the best screening tool we have today for early detection.

EOVAHCS and the Vet Center will be at the Tulsa State Fair tomorrow and Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM, located in the lower level of Expo Square! If you're at the fair, please visit us—we would love to meet the community we serve. Veterans registered in the Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System can get their flu shots for free, and our Veteran representatives will be available to answer any questions about Veterans' benefits and health care. Don't miss your chance to get your flu shot for free!
