Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – Outpatient Telepsychiatry
Location: Remote | Case by case In-Person Visits (Outpatient Clinic, Oklahoma)
Job Type: Full-Time | 1099 Contract
Schedule: Flexible – Set Your Own Hours (Day/Evening, 7 Days/Week Availability)

We strongly encourage the integration of psychotherapy with medication management, and you'll be supported by a dedicated care coordination team to assist with scheduling, prior authorizations, and more.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position with competitive compensation and the autonomy to practice in a way that aligns with your clinical strengths and preferences.

Compensation
35% of all completed, reimbursed visits
Steady patient flow and high earning potential.
Responsibilities
Conduct 60-minute new patient psychiatric evaluations
Provide 30- or 40-minute follow-up sessions based on clinical judgment
Manage a full spectrum (all ages) of mental health diagnoses, including:
Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, OCD, Schizophrenia, and all other mental health diagnosis.
Utilize DSM-5 and ICD-10 for accurate diagnostic and billing codes associated with your encounter.
Interpret labs and medical records as needed
Collaborate with support staff and participate in coordinated care planning
Qualifications
Licensed and ANCC Board-Certified PMHNP (Must be licensed to practice independently in Oklahoma)
Active DEA license, NPI, and liability insurance
Telehealth-capable home setup with high-speed internet in a private, quiet space
Familiarity with e-prescribing and EMR systems
Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
At least 1 year of experience preferred, but new grads with relevant RN or psych experience are welcome
Registration with the state’s controlled substance monitoring program

Remote work with flexible, self-determined hours between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Optional in-person sessions at our modern outpatient facility (as needed)
