We have the privilege of training/treating some amazing athletes from Muskogee and the surrounding areas! These kids work incredibly hard and make Therapy fun!

They become part of the A2HS family and although we are super proud of them and happy to see them graduate… we are always sad to see them go!

Now Hiring - Clinic Scheduler

We have an immediate need for a Clinic Scheduler in our Therapy Outpatient Clinic. Hours are Monday thru Friday 8-5.

Successful candidates will be computer literate and be familiar with Microsoft Office products.

We are an Orthopedic and Pediatric Therapy Clinic with a great staff, and fun environment.

Starting Pay is $15/hr with scheduled reviews/increases based on performance. We have the ability to pay more for someone with experience in clinic scheduling.

NOW HIRING - CLINIC SCHEDULER
Access 2Healthcare Solutions is looking for an experienced Clinic Scheduler for our Outpatient Therapy Clinic. Our clinic is a mix of pediatric and orthopedic so we see patients of all ages.

Qualified Applicants will have experience with:
-Microsoft Office/Excel
-Medical Scheduling
-Multi-line phone systems

We are looking with someone with a pleasant disposition, good sense of humor, great customer service skills, very reliable and enjoys kids. We have a Therapy Dog in our clinic, so if you're not OK being around dogs, this probably isn't the job for you.

Starting pay is $15/hr with potential performance based increases.

Our Office hours are M-F 8-5 and we are occasionally here until 5:30

Benefits - we offer medical, dental, vision, PTO.

Must pass a background check to be eligible for employment.

Position will start at $14/hr with desired experience and will be increases at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year to get position to $15/hr.

We are fairly picky to make sure we find a candidate that can do the job and is a good fit for our team.
