Today we start getting inundated with phone calls about people wanting squash and pumpkins for free to feed their farm animals.

Normally we have no problem offering assistance to our fellow farmers.

This year, with the uncertainty surrounding SNAP, we want to offer all of our edible decorative squash to people who may need extra food for free. No purchase necessary, just show your SNAP card (with a balance or not) and we are happy to provide you with some of the delicious decorative squash.

If you can afford to buy them, please do, but if you cannot, just let us know

EXCLUDING butternut, delicatta, Buttercup, acorn, and spaghetti squashes which we save and sell all throughout the fall and winter.

Calling all beekeepers:
Showcase your honey, send bottles, samples, swag, gifts, etc.
ANY food, any farm, any donor
I’m bringing 1,000 pounds of my pecans and 50 gallons of my honey
My partners will bring fresh vegetables and fruit and vegetables.
In my home, my Bed and Breakfast
Everyone deserves to feel wanted, safe, healthy and warm during the holiday season.
Food programs are being cut Federally and Statewide. I witnessed thousands of people at my Farmer’s Market locations and my stores struggling to use programs such as EBT, SNAP, and WIC before benefits expire October 31, 2025 - possibly for a very long time.
People were scared and needed help.
Single mothers were stocking up on my honey and pecans because they can be stored and don’t expire or rot (if stored correctly)
Parents were concerned on HOW to feed their children over the holidays and going forward.
Food is expensive
Shelter is expensive
Blankets, coats, boots, etc are needed for the upcoming winter
Churches are struggling
It’s time to stop this divisive behavior, unite as one. All creeds, races, religions, ages, and gender - together.
This is going to be our problem to solve for the foreseeable future!
It can be done.
House rules:
1). Absolutely no drug use and onsite. EVER
2). No one forces their beliefs on another
3). This is a non alcoholic event (we need juice and sparkling cider)
4). No profanity - children welcome
5). This home is a real, working Bed and Breakfast, please take off your shoes inside or use booties (provided), drinks on coasters, and keep the mansion nice so we can grow this event fore years to come!
Other than that, please come, be merry, be friendly, have a great time, help those that you can help

I have the luxury of doing both at the same time. Raised on the Mootz Farm and Ranch, we always had dairy cows, corn, chickens, pigs, apples, cider, and bees…

Thank you Ann Bogler for teaching me how to respect nature and appreciate all the beauty that can be found just a short walk from the asphalt.

I will be buying my mom some fresh cut flowers and some herbs for dinner tomorrow.

Have fresh honey and lots of honeycomb. Five bee colony rescues in 10 days. Muskogee, Fort Gibson, Tahlequah, Porter, Broken Arrow blend.
7.75 gallons…
Was more, but needed for feedstock for the new colonies.

And only what was taken was what was destroyed in the wind storm (most were tree rescues from trees falling in the heavy winds.)

This rescue was the most fun. Tree fell on a friends house. Bees came pouring into the house, not good. Plus the roof needed some immediate repair.
