Salary: $55-80,000 depending on licensure

OFF spring break, Fall break, Christmas break and month of June and July.
On-site supervision for LCSW licensure
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Provides professional individual, group, family therapy and educational groups as part of the consumer’s treatment programming.
Provides linkage, referrals and advocates for consumer’s in obtaining needed resources and services.
Act as consumer advocates to coordinate required services or to resolve emergency problems in crisis situations.
Act as mediator between community resources and Monarch to assure availability of services in the community.
Completes a comprehensive screening and assessment on each consumer who enters treatment.
Responsible for writing individual and group notes on each service provided to the consumer and/or family to monitor progression of treatment.
EDUCATION: Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, related field or Master’s Degree in Substance Abuse Counseling. Possess and/or be under supervision for LADC, LPC, LMFT, LBP, and/or LCSW
Must possess//maintain a valid Oklahoma Driver’s license, automobile liability insurance and pass a background check and drug test.
