🌼Belly dancing has become such a beautiful practice for me, not just as an art but as a way to honor my body. Through each movement, I feel my core strengthen, my hips loosen and my energy flow more freely. It's more than exercise, it's a form of release, self-expression and connection.

💃🏾Movement reminds us that our bodies were never meant to stay stiff or stagnant. They were designed to flow, to stretch, to dance, to breathe. When I make space for movement, I make space for healing. My joints feel more open, my stress melts away and I'm reminded of the joy that lives inside this body. Movement is truly medicine.

🌺Join us on October 12th and let's honor these vessels we live in, not only with rest and nourishment but with intentional movement that keeps our energy flowing.

The Harvest Moon is a sacred reminder of completion, gratitude and renewal. 🌾

Her light shines over all that we’ve planted...

...It's all now ready for harvest. 🙃

This moon invites us to:

🌿 Reflect on how far we’ve come. Clarity comes when we slow down and honor what's been revealed.

💧 RELEASE WHAT NO LONGER SERVES OUR SPIRIT. We shed to rise. We release to receive.

🌸 Give thanks for the blessings already blooming. Journaling is good and don't forget about our Gratitude Jars.

🔥 Reignite our inner light for what’s ahead. Recharge our crystals, water and most importantly OURSELVES under the moonlight.

Under this Full Harvest Moon, may your heart feel full, your spirit feel grounded and your energy align with abundance.
