Y'all know I love guiding folks to make their own herbal products. Join me for a hands-on class where we'll break down the art of tincture making...simple, effective plant medicine, you can create right at home.

In this class, you'll learn how to work with different menstruums including:
✨Alcohol
✨Vegetable Glycerin
✨Apple Cider Vinegar

🚫And let me be clear, Alcohol will be used strictly as a menstruum for educational purposes only. NO ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION IS PERMITTED ON THE PREMISES AND ALCOHOL WILL NOT BE SOLD HERE. Anyone who does not respect this policy will be asked to leave WITHOUT a refund.

You'll leave with:

🌿Confidence in your own ability to work with herbs

Thank you to everyone who came out for guided meditation. ✨The energy in the room was so peaceful, so present, and so needed. There’s something powerful about slowing down together… breathing together… just being.

🌿Herb of the Month: Hibiscus Flower🌿

I went round and round, planned on selecting something like Dandelion but Hibiscus kept calling to me.

Hibiscus carries the frequency of:
✨Renewal and rebirth
✨Opening the heart after heaviness
✨Soft strength (not force, just flow)

April carries that fresh, awakening, heart-opening energy and Hibiscus fits right into that flow.
