The office internet has been down since yesterday afternoon and unfortunately, it is still down… our phone system is internet based, thus, we have no phone service at this time. I will update as soon as the systems come back up. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Due to hazardous driving conditions the office will be closed January 26th. If you are needing a refill on your medications, please contact your pharmacy- faxes will be monitored and addressed.

Due to anticipated poor weather conditions, the clinic is going to be closed Tuesday February 18th. If you are needing refills on medications, please contact your pharmacy and asked them to send a refill request- these requests will be monitored and addressed throughout the day- phones will not be monitored.

Well Mother Nature has decided we needed a little more family time… the office will be closed. 1-10-2025 due to poor driving conditions. Please stay home if you can and stay safe. We will be back in the office on Monday the 13th. If you need a refill on your medications please contact your pharmacy- refill requests will be monitored this way.

The power is back on at the office… the phones and internet are another story… we are working on it now.

June 5th- power is out at the office- phones will not be working as well. If you have lab this morning we will likely have to get you an order to take to the lab on West Okmulgee. I will post as soon as power is restored.

The roads are not kind this morning… I am in the office today… but the office parking lot is not good. I suggest that unless you absolutely need to be seen this morning please consider rescheduling.

Parker Family Clinic will be closed today due to the provider being scheduled out and poor road conditions for the staff. If you are needing a medication refill, please call your pharmacy and they can send a request electronically- this will be monitored throughout the day.
Stay safe and warm and we should be back tomorrow.

Good morning all! Hope everyone has had a merry Christmas. Unfortunately, some of our staff is out ill today so we will not be able to accommodate any additional patients but will actually try to get some rescheduled from today to a later date. Everyone please stay healthy, wash your hands, don’t touch your faces and avoid those “with Coodies”.
