INTEGRIS UPDATE: Dr. Cosby has been scheduled for training at Integris on May 5 and 6, and will begin seeing patients at our new Integris location on May 7. Candice will provide medical coverage on May 5 and 6 for any children requiring immediate attention at our 500 Park Place location. Candice will then initiate her training on May 12 and 13, and will begin seeing patients at Integris on May 14. Please note that our existing office phone number, 376-5439, will remain operational for several days after our relocation; however, messages will need to be left and you will receive a return call within 48 hours. NOTICE OF COMMUNICATION DISRUPTION.
Ongoing fiber optic construction on the south side of HWY 152 is causing significant disruptions to our phone, internet, and EMR services. Cox has advised that this disruption may last anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months. If you experience difficulty reaching us, please email contactus@parkplacemedical.net, and we will respond promptly when our connection is reestablished.

Park Place Medical will be closed today due to the hazardous road conditions. Our staff tried to make it in to work this morning, but after some slipping and sliding, decided to turn around and play it safe. We will be back in action tomorrow. Stay safe and warm out there!

EXTRA EXTRA READ ALL ABOUT IT!

We are pleased to announce that the Park Place Medical Team will be moving to our new location at Integris Health Medical Group Mustang, 2929 South Mustang Rd., Yukon, OK 73099, on May 5, 2025. All appointments prior to May 5 will occur at our usual location. Beginning May 5, all scheduled appointments will take place at the new location. We look forward to continuing to provide top-notch care to your children at our new Integris location!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Just a heads up, Friday 1/10 we will not have a provider in the office, but our staff will be here answering phones, assisting with nurse calls and scheduling. Virtual visits can be arranged as needed. Blessings!

Good news! We are joining the new Integris clinic on 29th and Mustang Road. It is a brand new clinic with state of the art equipment, including onsite x-ray and lab services. We are excited about all the great opportunities this will provide to our patients including electronic access to your medical records. We are anticipating the move will happen sometime after April 1st. We will continue to practice medicine the way we always have. As the merger progresses we will update you with more details. I am not retiring…

An opportunity has presented itself to merge my practice with a larger group. Current conditions on the business side of a medical practice are making it more and more difficult to operate a small practice. There is still a lot to work out, but I can offer some reassurance. I will be in the Mustang area and will be on the same insurance plans. This process will take 4-6 weeks before I can say for certain that this will be the right fit for my practice. I wish I had more information, but Rome wasn’t built overnight and neither are company merges. As soon as something is in writing I will provide more details, but regardless I WILL continue to practice in the Mustang area.
