Fall is here—and you know what that means: it's time to get outside and enjoy some of the best weather of the year while protecting your skin! With cooler temperatures rolling in, skin typically becomes drier, causing it to become red, cracked and itchy. Here are some tips for keeping your skin healthy as you head into the colder months:
-Avoid long, hot showers and soaks in the tub.
-Use a moisturizer daily.
-Use a mild soap.
-Wear a high-SPF sunscreen every day.
-Use a humidifier.
- Exfoliate once per week (if needed).
-Use a thick hand cream every day to keep your hands from drying out during this time of year.
