From there, we will connect you to the therapist best equipped to guide you towards healing. We provide sessions both in-person & online for your convenience. WLCC's clinicians accept a wide variety of insurance coverages. Excellent care is also available to you on a sliding scale by meeting with our Master's Level Interns. Bilingual (Spanish) sessions are available.

Finding joy in grief can be strange, difficult, or even associated with a guilty feeling. Grief and joy are both natural feelings but they’re not always balanced or wanted. Everyone grieves differently, and taking a minute to reflect on your ability to hold both emotions at the same time and to accept joy after or during grief can be beneficial.

Negative thought loops are a cycle of negative thoughts that continually lead into each other. They can become a strong thought current that is hard to break out of. Try calming yourself and challenging these thoughts when you notice a loop forming.

If you find these types of thoughts harder and harder to break out of, therapy may be the next step to learn strategies and gain guidance. Either way, when a negative loop occurs, take a moment to breathe and look outwards.
