What gets you to the gym even after a long day?
For some, it’s their routine.
Some people feed off of the energy of working out with others.
It’s nice to be able to show up and have someone lay out the exact plan for the workout.
Everyone has different drivers, different motivators. Different reasons to hold themselves accountable.
The key for long term success? Find what will drive you, even on the days when you’d rather be anywhere but at the gym.
Here’s a couple clips from tonight’s Tuesday Full Force group workout! We focused primarily on strength training to start and then finished with some cardio style. The crew CRUSHED IT!
