Caring for yourself while caring for a family member starts with good nutrition- for you and your loved one. Don't forget to take the time to eat foods that will energize you, fight off pesky colds and viruses, while giving you a sense of accomplishment and well-being. Taking the time to meal prep is one way to ensure you are eating something that is beneficial for you rather than last minute fast food or processed foods when you're too tired to cook. These documents help you and your loved one make decisions about medical treatment, how finances are managed, and what happens after someone passes. On a previous post we provided helpful tips in choosing an Elder Law or Estate Planning attorney. However, if that's not in the budget right now, use the below links to get some of the resources.
