Thrive Pediatric Therapy & Family Services has the chance to sponsor a community communication board right here in the Grand Strand. These boards use pictures and symbols to help children and adults with limited speech express themselves.

Imagine a child at the playground finally able to say, “I want to swing!” or “I need a drink!” Communication boards create connection, inclusion, and joy for kids of all abilities.

The cost is $2,000, and we need your help to make this possible.

HELP GIVE KIDS A VOICE!

We are raising funds to sponsor a communication board that will be placed at a local park or playground. A communication board is a simple but powerful tool that allows children who are non verbal or have speech difficulties to express themselves, connect with others, and fully participate in play and every day activities.

This project means so much, not only for the kids who will use the board, but also for their families, friends, and community. Every child deserves a way to be heard.

At Thrive Pediatric Therapy, we believe every child deserves to be seen, heard, and celebrated for the unique way they communicate with the world.💚

Deaf Awareness Month is a time to honor the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community, spread understanding, and celebrate the rich culture and language of ASL. 🤟🏾🤟🏼

As therapists, families, and advocates, we are committed to promoting inclusivity, supporting early communication, and empowering every child to reach their fullest potential.💚

This month, let’s raise awareness, share resources, and continue creating a world where all voices, spoken, signed, or otherwise are valued and respected. 🌈

🍦🎉 That’s a wrap on Ice Cream Week at Thrive! 🎉🍦

We had a sweet time celebrating with our amazing clients and therapists during a week full of ice cream-themed fun!

Our kids had a sweet blast stacking scoops, making sundaes, and soaking up every sprinkle of fun. From giggles to gooey goodness, this week was the cherry on top of summer! 🍒😄

We came, we scooped, we conquered. 🍨😄

Thanks to everyone who made it un-cone-ditionally amazing—we're already dreaming of next year’s flavors!
