My love for an active lifestyle has always been part of me. As our bodies change throughout life, it is important to find what works best for YOU! For me, Yoga became an avenue for me to overcome the problems that arose from sitting at my job for many years. This along with the natural stages that our bodies choose to go through, I fell in love with how Yoga made me feel. I initially discovered what it meant to practice a Yoga Lifestyle!
Persistance to practice at my 'home' studio allowed me to go to Sedona, AZ for the experience of a lifetime - Immersed in the 'Red Rocks' at the Sedona Yoga Festival (SYF17)! My love for yoga was secured with this auspicious adventure....... I became a Yoga Teacher!!
Ganesh & Lakshmi are by my side, as they help to remove obstacles and bless me with the knowledge and teachings in a yoga lifestyle!
My journey continues on this path to serve the Essex Jct Yoga Community. As a registered Yoga Alliance accredited yoga teacher, I serve everyone in adults and kids yoga. All levels of yoga practice are Welcomed to practice and become one in my yoga wellness studio.
