Another weekend full of blessings for our boy! Baily spent the weekend at his home away from home with family and friends! PirateLand has been his 2nd home....so glad he got to go back for a visit!!! Lots of co****le and homemade ice cream for his comeback party!!
We appreciate the continued prayers! He is a fighter....a true Airman! And we couldnt be more proud!

Just wanted to hop on and let everyone know Baily ia doing so good! He even made a surprise visit to NC this weekend to celebrate his sister Addy and cousin Cobrans bdays! Nothing could have made them smile more! God is so good and prayers work!
We appreciate the continued prayers! He has so many hurdles to face but he is pushing thru recovery and making us all so proud!!

Just a quick update on Baily....he is continuing to make great strides in his recovery! Lots of therapy, and follow ups happening and all are positive! We ask that you continue to pray for his progress!

We are screaming Happy Saturday!!
Our boy has busted out of the hospital!! Yes you heard me right! Less than 4 weeks post surgery. He is killing it!! He is continuing therapy and antibiotics but no longer confined to the hospital.
Oh how good is our God!
I actually text with him this morning and he said to let you guys know he appreciates all your prayers, thoughts and concerns!
For now he is staying in Charleston so that he can continue with the therapy and meds.
We ask that you continue praying for his recovery journey. He still has a ways to go but he is on his way to a full recovery. God has him!!

It's Wonderful Wednesday! Baily is doing good! Everyday we are seeing improvements and that is such a blessing.
If you know Baily of course you know he is in the United States Air Force! I don't remember exactly when he decided this was his dream but I know he went after it and made it happen!! Determination is in his blood!! He was a also a member of the ROTC thru-out high school. And was a member of the color guard. He has always been super handsome in a uniform!!
We are awfully proud of his commitment to our country!
Last week when his aunt (Kallie) and cousin (Kenslie) were visiting they helped him pack up the US flag he was given by his Sargeant. Luckily his Nana snapped a few pictures and I wanted to share these!

Sorry guys I know it's been a day or two but things have been busy! Baily has settled in at the rehab hospital in North Charleston. He is putting in the hours between physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. He is making improvements across the board. Some things are easier than others but progress is what we want and he is making that happen! Today he even played co****le and WON! Yeah that's right....look out guys he hasn't lost his game!! I know a couple people that can't wait to play a game with him! I couldn't be more excited to give this update.
We know it isn't easy and day to day the struggles he faces are real, but he is working so hard and we are so proud!!

I wanted to take a minute to let you guys know a little more about our Baily!! He is doing great! Last night he was transferred to a rehabilitation facility in Charleston. We are not sure yet how long he will be here but we know its imperative for his recovery.
Its been almost 3 weeks since this roller coaster ride started. For sure the scariest thing our family has ever been thru! Baily has been thru it for sure! Today we are bragging on God and want to share what he has done for our Baily! 2.5 weeks after brain surgery he is showing us that he is determined and I have no doubt he will make a full recovery!
Baily has taken some steps on his own! He is talking some and even answered text messages! This guy is killing it!
Gosh it's overwhelming honestly to think of where he was, where he went, where he has come (already) and where he has to go! But if this week has proven anything it proves he is a fighter....a true Airman that is gonna be back to 100% sooner than we can imagine! I'm in awe of him really and I know that it is truly God working thru him and i/we are so grateful!

Thank you for your thoughts, prayers concern and support! It means so much!

This guy is a miracle!!
He is going to have one heck of a story to tell! He is continuing to make amazing and we are all so proud!
He has walked down the hall way and did this on his own with little or no help from PT!!

God is good all the time and all the time God is good!

I know when the time comes he will read all these posts and be humbled by the prayers, love and support that has come from so many people...many he has never known and probably never will. It's truly been an experience like no other.

We have had many questions/requests about what Baily needs or will need for his recovery so we have opened up a bank account for any donations that are made.
