Hurricane season is here, and being prepared is the best way to stay safe. Seniors often face unique challenges during storms, so planning ahead makes all the difference.

✅ Keep an emergency kit with medications, water, non-perishable food, and important documents.
✅ Make a list of emergency contacts and share it with family or caregivers.
✅ Charge cell phones and keep flashlights and extra batteries handy.
✅ If evacuation is needed, arrange safe transportation in advance.
