Everyone saying more detox and faster is incorrect. I have clients that have worked on foundational
Support for 12 weeks and still can’t tolerate a sauna. The faster and harder you push the body when it’s not ready the more setbacks you will experience. This is stress on the mitochondria. Dumping mycotoxins and other toxins from stored cells to only recirculate is more damaging to the mitochondria. There is an entire process to securing safety in the body and detox is not even in the top 5. I have learned this lesson over the last two decades when trying to detox clients too quickly. I can now recognize symptoms and have a pretty good idea of what they are, but to confirm I use my bio residence scanning and Yep, dead on the money. You have tried to skip ahead and jump straight to detox. Killing. Parasites. Metals.

You’re simply stirring up a toxic concoction that is not able to be conjugated properly that is entering the liver and then being recirculated through the body only it’s coming back more potent and more toxic every time.

You can’t fix your gut if you don’t fix the stressors destroying your gut. That is why your probiotics and prebiotics and enzymes and collagen and glycine only get you so far.

You forgot the part where you regulate your bowels and took back control over your circadian rhythm and supporting bile flushing and basic cellular charge.

Toxins don’t leave just because we take a binder.

Your bile is a natural binder.

You’re stuck because you’ve tried to take short cuts and jump to mobilizing toxins instead of creating safety in the body. An unsafe body will always require far more nutrients than you can provide from diet alone.

And that’s only if you are actually eating a nutritionally robust diet. Most of you are not because I assess your actual intake as well as what your body is doing with your food and it’s not enough. It’s actually costing more energy than it’s providing because it’s not the right ratio and you aren’t digesting properly.

Not this year. I don’t NEED to be new and neither do you.

You’re already great the way you are. You just NEED training and a personal guide to be able to see the 300 foot view and why you don’t feel the way you want to feel. But there’s plenty of time.

Today’s just a new day like every other day. Take the pressure away. Relax.

Go for a walk. Collect your thoughts. Ask yourself what you really want and the answer to how to get there will arrive when it’s supposed to.

Rest. Hydrate. Eat warm foods. This is the time for slow. Not fast. Don’t burn out before you have even started to spark.

Instead look forward to the slowness of the winter, using this time for foundation focused healing and centering

You see that’s where we all go wrong.

You don’t NEED to be a “new” you.

You don’t NEED to change everything about your life to heal. Whatever “ healing” means for you.

You just NEED to do it better. Optimize specific areas that have repeatedly been your stumbling blocks which have ultimately led to your unwellness.

Yes I know. You had mold. You had Lyme. You had Covid.

Your body was unwell and your terrains were not healthy or those things would not have taken hold over you in the first place.

We NEED to stop rushing and pushing and trying to speak over our bodies by doing this protocol and that protocol and jumping from doc to doc and practitioner to practitioner when they don’t tell us what we want to hear to make ourselves feel like the real reason we are unwell is some external reason.

We have the tools inside of us. We just NEED to be comfy with not trying to shut the body up by suppressing symptoms while we calm the chaos and get our nervous system back online, begin taking direction from one clock only and that is our own circadian rhythm, and helping our body finally feel seen and heard so it can feel safe enough to allow you to sleep, and to digest your food and to use energy for making thyroid hormone not adrenaline, and for your cells to return to normal oscillation and communication so they can release waste and accept LIFE (nutrients, water, hormones❤️)

This won’t happen with a sense of urgency. Out of desperation with the same impulsive intent that you may find yourself in, searching for the best 21 day shed that holiday weight and detox plan.

And knowing this and what healing truly looks like, allowed me to wake up today with ZERO anxiety, complete peace, no dark cloud of expectation and already feeling like I’m behind and have failed.

This year it’s quite simple.

Need.

That’s my word.

That’s all I have to bring to my Father and that’s all He needs of me. My need.

It’s quite simple.

No lofty declarations of “new year, new me” or promising to read my Bible 7 days a week and get to the gym 5, get up at 5 every day to practice yoga and my gratitude journal. Rush. Expectation. Produce. Work. Push. Fail. Worry. Shame. Rest less. Work harder. Ignore need. Silence my body. Set higher goals REPEAT.

If you’ve already quit on Yourself for the new year and it’s not even January 1, there’s still time to get yourself together and make up your mind that you’re better than that and this new year is going to be the sum of your outlook, the choices you make and the work you decide to put in

You can’t expect your body to bounce back in several months to a year after you neglected it, starved it, told it how stupid it is, and basically have lived in fight or flight for years.

What you can do is shift focus to being ok not being 100% ok aka trust that if you stop even 50% of your current behavior that you will
Be well on your way to healing.

I have been in the alternative health field for over 18 years.
