Dear AORN Chapter 4106 Members,

As year 2023 comes to an end what a great year. I would like to thank all of the officers and board who have worked so hard to make it a great two years. We have accomplished much in offering education opportunities and giving back. In September this year alone we raised over $4,000.00 to give to the Conway Friendship Clinic who help uninsured patients to receive medical care and to the AORN foundation who empower perioperative nurses in advancing patient and workplace safety through scholarships, education and research. We offered 6 free CEUS in education and began the process in becoming a smoke free state. I can't wait to see what the 2024-2026 will bring. Thank you all perioperative nurses who work hard every day in providing excellent care to all your patients making a difference in each and every life.
As your existing president I would like to take a moment to ask you to please get involved in your chapter. It is an amazing opportunity for networking and making a difference. We have over a 100 members and we need every member to get involve. I can't even imagine what all we could accomplish if every member would get involve. Please make the commitment right now to attend the meetings and help serve. Get involved you will be so glad you did! Make a difference!
