What are you grateful for today?

My hubby bought these beautiful flowers for me and had them delivered to my job! 🥰

So grateful for this expression of love but it got me thinking that I need to write down 3 things everyday I'm grateful for to just remind myself that there is so much to be grateful in life even when at times we feel lost, depressed, or highly stressed 😭

I hope everyone has a beautiful weekend and remember there is always something to be grateful for 💜

Fun fact about me! I love actually just browsing the library 📚 I had to stop by the library today and the two books that stood out was one about depression and ADHD.

The same thing I love about books is the same thing I love ❤️ about massage therapy is that there is always something to learn!
