Calling all throwers and coaches! If you haven't already, register for our Hammer Camp with Youri Sedykh. Not only a lot of learning, but a lot of fun. Come be a part of camp, but also the fun. Especially, during our Special Event on Halloween night.

CAMP UPDATE: Camp is scheduled for Oct 30th-Nov 2nd. Youri is hoping for 50 campers this year. The price is $250. Please just message with email address for registration form. We are offering deals and discounts for coaches with athletes and large groups.

Congrats to Amber Campbell on qualifying for the finals in the hammer throw at the IAAF World Championships. She posted the 6th best qualifying mark. Cheer her on tomorrow morning as she will compete in the finals and a chance to medal!

Congrats to Amber Campbell on her NACAC Games gold medal and meet record of 72.41m! Amber competed in Costa Rica today and led team USA to 1-2 finish. Congrats to Amber and now its time for the IAAF World Championships.

Amber Campbell competed at the PanAm Championships this evening in Toronto, CAN. She finished in 2nd place with a performance of 71.22m. Congrats to Amber and her representation of team USA.

She is once again the queen of hammer! Amber Campbell wins the 2015 USA Outdoor National Championships in the women hammer throw in thrilling fashion. She came threw on her last attempt with a throw of 72.35m to win the gold medal. Congrats to Amber and far throws as she hows prepares for the 2015 IAAF World Championships in Beijing, China. I am sure she will have a full slate of meets throughout the summer before she heads out to China.

Andy Fryman finished 7th on Thursday with a solid mark of 71.47m in what has been one the best US men's hammer competitions since 1992. Be sure to check in on how Amber Campbell performs today in Eugene.

We are here! Its championship week! Andy Fryman and Amber Campbell will be competing in Eugene, OR this week at the USATF Outdoor National Championships. Amber enters the competition with this season's best mark in the country among all women hammer throwers. She will be competing on Saturday for the gold and to secure her spot on the US World Championship team. Andy comes into the meet with the 7th best mark in the country and he looks to reach the podium for the first in his career on Thursday afternoon. Best of luck and far throws to these two as they represent our club.

Great meet yesterday for Mjolnir Throwers at the Coach O Club Challenge here in Myrtle Beach, SC. Amber Campbell turned in a strong performance of 71.34m. Andy Fryman had a solid meet with a 70.03m. Both are getting ready for USATF Outdoor National Championships later this month. Our younger throwers did a great job as well. Rising sophomore, Jacob Wilkins turned a personal best of 43.34m in the hammer and had another solid performance in the discus of 40.56m. Rising junior, Joe Story also had a very consistent meet showing much technical improvement. Alot of exciting things going on as we approach the championship season.
