Witchcraft, Wild crafting, medicinal practices, plant love…call it what you will. My plants make me happy…they bring a joy to my heart that I can’t describe. I enjoy them and use them for so many facets of my life. It’s like they are an extension of me…like they have always been a part of who I am…in this life and lives past. What brings you joy? What is an extension of you?

It’s been way to long since I have posted. I am still journeying onward. Funny how things change and flex over time. Life happens and the next thing you know, months have passed…years have passed…and you look around thinking “when did everything change?” I good reminder to be conscious and mindful. Not always easy but I don’t think it’s meant to be. Well, my plan is to post more often…get back on my path. May your journey be a teacher and an inspiration. Til next time…

We all have pain of one kind or another.
We all attempt to diminish our pain by seeing that others may be in more pain than us.

This is tru...there will always be someone in more pain than you.

However, do not diminish the pain you feel.

Accept it...it’s part of you. It molds you, strengthens you.

To diminish it means to weaken your resolve.

Instead, sit with it...let it teach you. Let it remind you of where your strength lies.

Pain is not an enemy. It is a friend that leads you back to yourself.
