I see posts like this almost daily from practices looking to “add HRT”. While I absolutely support providers getting educated and expanding services, hormone optimization is not something you master in a weekend.

If you are a patient considering BHRT, please do your homework. Ask about training. Ask about experience. Ask how they monitor labs and manage complications. Your hormones are not a side hustle service to bolt onto a menu. 📋
