Our recap of Matt’s 40th bday trip to NC (1/15) where it was colddddd but at least there was no snow or ice! We love to travel and explore places together and I’m so grateful that we had the opportunity to do so this winter.

Clover = my vibe lately.

It’s been a real whirlwind the past few months. In Aug I had a horrific flair up of a degenerative spine condition that I’ve been dealing with since I was about 16 years old. I’ve been out of work and basically stuck in my house everyday just managing pain and waiting for surgery. I just had surgery about a week ago so finally I feel like I’m moving in the right direction physically.

In comes my new baby kittens, Clover & Oak, they’ve been keeping me company, keeping me sane, and giving me something to do and focus on while disability has completely changed my life.

I’m so grateful to have by my side, helping with everything and jumping into this kitten journey with me. I’m healing well and finally feeling like I’m on my way to recovery with my new emotional support babies to help regulate my emotions and move through it all with just a little more ease.

Although I deeply appreciated working at WIV, I felt like it was time to combine the space I provide Reiki with the space I facilitate healing meditation groups. Putting all my energy into one location that I truly love.

My oldest nephew .ellis just turned 18!

He’s leaving us for the military in a few months and I’m just heartbroken that he’s leaving but happy for him to find a path he’s interested in and excited about.

Sending so much love his way in all his journeys as an adult in this strange world. 💙

Join me for an immersive guided event where we will combine multiple healing and cleansing modalities to create a soul clearing, heart centering experience. The intention is to create a safe space for like minded individuals to gather, share, heal, and grow on all levels.

What you can expect:
Intentional Smoke Cleansing
Tibetian Singing Bowls for 10 minutes
Grounding Breath Work
Healing Protection Prayers
Immersive Guided Visualization 10 minutes
Reiki Infused Silent Meditation 20 minutes
Intuitive Group Discussion 20 minutes

This group is scheduled for an hour, but often goes longer due to the openness felt after the silent meditation is complete. I encourage group healing through talking out your experience and sharing anything that may come to light during our meditation. I will be facilitating the event, but highly encourage everyone to share if they feel called to do so.

Please wear comfortable clothing and feel free to bring a pillow or light blanket to make yourself more cozy.
There will be chairs provided, but if you prefer, you can bring a yoga mat and pillow.

As you arrive, you will receive a cup of calming herbal tea intended to promote relaxation of the nervous system. If you choose you can add some infused honey for medicinal (and flavorful) benefits. Both of these products have been lovingly handcrafted by Danni of Selenite & Sage.

Jessie, of will guide you through a grounding practice as we start to settle more into the space. We will progress to supported, restorative poses that are meant to facilitate the releasing of deeply held tension and to feel more grounded and at ease.

As you sink deeper into this restful practice, Danni will begin to fill the space with the rich sounds of the Tibetan singing bowls and the soothing ocean drum.

While you are settled in one of the supported postures, stefpawelek from will apply acupuncture needles to specific acupuncture points.
These points will assist in calming mind & spirit, promoting deep relaxation, and bringing balance to the body systems.

We will finish our session with a luxurious, guided relaxation or meditation!

Comfort and support is important for this practice.

Please bring a mat, blankets, 2 bath towels, & any props you need to find a comfortable practice.
