Good afternoon. Patient appointments will resume at our office tomorrow at 9am. Our office staff will contact all scheduled appointments over the next few business days to arrange new appointment times. If cancellation of your tomorrow's appointment is necessary, please leave a message on our general voicemail box.

We are still closed today as of 9am. We may open at 1 depending on road conditions for our staff. Safety is first.

If you missed your appointment this week we will call next week to get everyone rescheduled. Please do not call the on call provider for appointments. This is for emergencies only. If you need a refill, please request the pharmacy to send request electronically. Our staff will be working on this remotely thru out the day.

At this time our office is planning to open at 10am tomorrow. This will be reevaluated in the am. Safety is our only concern for all. Once we reopen we will get all rescheduled.

If you need a prescription, request thru your pharmacy auto fill. It will generate a request and within the next 24-48 hours will be completed. We will have staff starting tomorrow checking the request.

All BCBS state employees please bring in your new Aetna card. If you did not receive a card, please go online and print off a copy for your visit. We need the insurance card for any upcoming appointments or you may be subject to current day charges.
