If these tools could talk…
They might speak of dancing with Spirit, or dialogue that inspired commitment. They might tell of glowing while auras or a soul celebrating freedom.

I never know what will come through in sessions, nor do I need to. With profound trust, messages always come through for the highest good of each participant.

The connections feel stronger, the ancestral support ever increasing, and the privilege of getting so spiritually intimate continues to move me in indescribable ways.

I’ve stopped taking photos at the end of these sessions. It now feels unaligned to share another person’s glow. But I assure you, there’s some serious radiance going on!

When the shift from life happening ‘TO YOU’

Guilty as charged

I posted this today as a reminder to everyone…..
Including myself

Yesterday, I had timeblocked about 5-6 hours of work. To write emails, tasks, courses etc
Important tasks that all needed to get done for sure, but my body and mind was telling me different

This wasn’t the procrastination, ‘stop being lazy’ and just do the thing type of resistance;
This was more like my mind and body telling me I need a break
I hadn’t taken much of a mental break over the past few weeks at all and needed every bit of it
There was no amount of meditation, movement or breathwork that could replace..
Rest

Rest was needed to recalibrate
To allow my body and mind to realign and recharge

To just sit and be, enjoy a documentary and take a nap 😴

To simply just enjoy existing, call a friend and connect, eat amazing food cooked by the lovely

Sometimes this is the work that is needed

Allergies got you all jammed up 🤧

Nose is clogged 👃🏼

And now you’re a walking, talking, fire spewing mouth breather

And nobody’s trying to hang out with you 🤷🏻‍♂️

I got you 😉

Nose Unblocking Exercise:
- Pinch your nose after a normal exhale and hold your breath until you have a medium to strong urge to breathe. Don’t take this too far, just enough to feel a response from your body (nose pulsing, diaphragm flutter etc)
- Option to add in circular motion with your head to aid in mucus working it’s way down (also calm and soothing)
- Unpinch and breath in through your nose, exhale. Immediately repeat Step 1.
- Repeat this process 5-8 times or until your nose is unblocked

This will temporarily unblock your nose for a short time. Still important

The best way to mitigate a clogged nose is, paradoxically, to breathe through it 🤔

So if we can temporarily unblock it to free up breathing room, we’ll get to our destination of a permanently unblocked nose quicker
