Distance healing is a holistic practice sending healing energy, intent and support to a recipient who is not physically present.
Techniques used: I use a combination of Reiki, empathic intuition/Natural Healing, Crystals, Hand Mudras, Singing bowl and other sound healing tools as well as incense, grids and pendulums.
