We're celebrating the incredible career and retirement of our beloved Recreation Director & Volunteer Coordinator, Concetta Franchetti, after 35 years of dedicated service to our community! 💚🤍❤️

From the early days in 1990 — when she toured the facility in a hard hat and worked from an office in downtown Mystic before our building was complete — Concetta has been the heart of our Recreation Department. Through decades of laughter, memories, and meaningful moments with our residents, she has touched countless lives with her kindness, passion, and that signature spark of hers.

Healthcare may have changed over the years, but Concetta’s commitment to bringing joy to our residents has remained a constant. It’s hard to imagine our community without her, but we are so grateful for every beautiful memory she’s helped create.

That’s Amore! 💚🤍❤️

What an awesome program we had this past Friday! ☀️🎶 We kicked off the first day of summer with classic Motown tunes by Izzy Flores, a fantastic new entertainer in town! The rec room was packed, and the vibe was electric!
We also celebrated CNA week, surprising our incredible CNAs with magical gifts as they sang, danced, and celebrated right alongside our residents.💃
Thank you to our amazing CNAs, staff, and recreation team for making it such a fun and beautiful day! 💙✨

Another great Support Group with Dr. Dunn! 🎉 The topic was “Tell me about your favorite birthday experience,” and the residents had a blast sharing their stories. They even sang to Dr. Dunn for her upcoming birthday on the 23rd and gave her a chicken chachki, which she loved because she has real chickens at home! 🐔 Thank you, Dr. Dunn, for such a fun and meaningful program!
