Established in 2001, Aproma Studios offers Pilates Reformer Lessons and Licensed
Massage Therapy We also have a variety of other small equipment add-ons.

Our certified studio offers Pilates Reformer lessons one-on-one or in small groups of six or less. In addition we offer Licensed Massage Therapy.

APROMA STUDIOS is looking for an experienced, trained and /or certified Pilates Reformer Instructor. (Accredited trainings include but are not limited to Stott, Balanced Body, Core, Peak, Basi). Our Story

Established in 2001, our STOTT PILATES certified studio offers Pilates, Personal Training and TRX lessons one-on-one or in small groups, . Our studios has 6 Reformers and a Stability Chair along with a variety of other small equipment add-ons.

We also offer Licensed Massage Therapy and other Holistic services.

In September 2018 we moved our Mystic CT studio to 11 Mistuxet Ave, Mystic, in a historic renovated victorian home. We offer unique surroundings keeping many of the original woodwork and fixures, while adding modern design touches.
