Mystic Stand Up Paddle Board, A Mindful Approach Call for private, semi-private SUP lessons on the Mystic river. Lessons offer a full body workout using a swimming motion while holding a paddle.

Stand up paddle boarding (SUP) offers a fun and relaxing way to play on the calm waters with a fantastic view of everything around you. You may stand or sit on a paddle board specially designed for stability and easy balance. No prior experience needed. Swimming is a must.

Enjoy paddling with my 2 dogs on Long Pond in Ledyard. Rentals are available on the Mystic River.
