TOTALLY NEW WAY TO EXPERIENCE THIS PRACTICE!
Asana: Same poses, same class, but a small group together for 12 weeks. We will delve into the transformative nature of this amazing work, using the commitment and strength of the small community we will be creating. It's gonna be really cool- come play!
My asana class will be Tuesday evenings 5:45-7.
Meditation: 12 weeks of mindfulness meditation instruction and practice. Bring your questions. This super supportive format will deepen and enrich beginners and non-beginners alike. This is like candy- you're gonna want it.
