Nacogdoches Treatment Center Nacogdoches Treatment Center aims to improve the quality of life for families dealing with dementia by providing safe, professional and compassionate care.

Nacogdoches Treatment Center's day activity programs and services encompass the social, physical and emotional well-being of individuals with dementia to enhance their quality of life. We offer caregiver support groups and caregiver training to family members so they, too, may find encouragement and strength. Our highly unique Day Activity Program runs four hours a day, five days a week and includes activities that promote memory function, self-esteem and social interaction in a safe, stimulating environment. The program is designed to provide constant supervision and attention to clients who participate.

It’s time to buy your tickets for the raffle quilt for this year. It is a King size, all is hand pieced and quilted. It is a “Hunter’s Star” pattern made by the “Piecemakers” our quilting group here at Nacogdoches Treatment Center.

Tickets are $5 a piece or $20 for 5 tickets.
Drawing will be held December 4, 2025. Tickets can be purchased in person at NTC or you can purchase through Venmo at Kathy-Strong-3. Include your name snd phone number so Kathy can fill out your tickets for the drawing.

Texas Legislature established the Dementia Prevention and Research Institute of Texas (DPRIT) through Senate Bill 5. To fulfill its mission it needs dedicated funding. Proposition 14 will provide $3 billion over the next 10 years. So please Vote “Yes” on November 4, 2025 for Proposition 14.

This event is sponsored by East Texas Communities Foundation. They held the first East Texas Giving Day in 2016 and have helped the nonprofit community raise over $17.4 million dollars. In 2024 they raised $3.55 million for local charities. The Nacogdoches Treatment Center will receive 100% of the donations made to us through this event. Please share this easy way to help support the services we provide to individuals with dementia and their caregivers.
