This past weekend I was able to attend a sports massage class!

I truly learned so much and it’s crazy to think how everything is so uniquely connected. I’m thankful for my instructor, Trey Hedges who demonstrated and taught everything so wonderfully!

I’m excited to implement what I’ve learned! ☺️

March 1st, 2023
I officially began my journey as a massage therapist!
My dream became my reality and has continued to grow ever since. I am so grateful for all the support I’ve ever received because I am nothing without my community! I genuinely never would have thought that I would ever make it as far as I have, struggling with anxiety and depression. It’s something I’ve struggled with my whole life, it has always felt like my grand obstacle. I knew since high school that massage therapy was in my heart but I’m so glad that i loved it so much that I never let it leave my heart. I’ve come to relate to so many people that walk into my space and it’s brought me peace knowing that a session with me can be someone’s breath of fresh air, a moment of peace or just a listening ear. I’ve met so many people with different perspectives and experiences and it’s always so refreshing, I love meeting you all! I can’t wait to keep growing, learning and perfecting my craft. 💗
