Some tips to keep in mind if you struggle with water intake 👇
- Start Early ☀️
Waking your body up and simply consuming throughout the day is easier than waiting until you feel completely dehydrated. It gives your body time to slowly absorb the fluids.
- Listen to your body 👂
Don’t force excessive amounts, start small and slowly adjust to your comfort level.
- Drink from a straw 🥤
Drinking from a straw can make it easier to sip throughout the day, it makes it less intimidating than having a water bottle to chug for some people.
