Today we addressed stagnation and relieving stiffness in the upper shoulders.
It’s important to remind ourselves that massage therapy is not a one and done solution to our pains and aches.

Su***de Awareness Walk 💜

Reality really set into perspective for me, as I sat there and watched the crowd of people walking for a loved one and honoring their memory.
As the tears fell and I was unable to fathom any loss so great.
To hear that they were partners, daughters, sons, dads, grandparents…
You are loved, you have a full life ahead of you and you have yet to meet the people that are going to love you.
I am blessed to have been able to have participate and hear all of your sweet voices.
I hope that you all live for them as they live through you. 💜
