We admit directly from a patient's home, emergency department, or physician's office. Our staff gathers the necessary information upon referral to determine if the patient meets the criteria. Acute inpatient rehab does not require a hospital stay.

Our programs and services are custom designed for individuals who have experienced serious illness or injury causing a disruption in their abilities to function within their normal environment.
