NHP will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday starting Noon, Wednesday, November 26th. We will reopen on Monday, December 1st. FastTrack Express Clinic will be available for telemedicine visits:

Wednesday: Open until 8 PM
Thanksgiving Day: Closed
Friday: Open 8 AM – 8 PM
Saturday & Sunday: Open 9 AM – 5 PM

Medicare has officially extended telemedicine coverage through September 30, 2025!

That means you can continue to have virtual visits with your NHP clinicians from the comfort of your home—no travel, no waiting rooms, just easy, convenient care.

Key Points:
• Telemedicine is covered until September 30, 2025
• No rural location requirements

We’re thrilled that our Medicare patients can keep accessing the care they need—safely and conveniently.

🚨 Medicare Telemedicine Coverage Ending Soon! 🚨

Attention Medicare patients: Medicare will no longer cover telemedicine visits after March 31, 2025. This means that starting in April 2025, all Medicare-covered visits must be in person at our clinic.

We know many of you have found telemedicine to be a convenient way to receive care, and we’re disappointed to see this change. Unfortunately, this is a federal policy decision, and we must comply with the updated regulations.

What you need to know:
📅 Last day for covered telemedicine visits: March 31, 2025
🏥 Starting April 1, 2025: All visits must be in person for Medicare patients

If you want Medicare to continue covering telemedicine, we encourage you to contact your U.S. Senators and Representatives and ask them to extend telemedicine coverage. Find your elected officials here: www.usa.gov/elected-officials or call (202) 224-3121.
