Let’s Welcome March! This month brings many reasons to celebrate the little things that make life brighter. From National Day of Awesomeness, reminding us to appreciate everyday moments, to Social Work Month, where we recognize the compassion and dedication of our social workers who support our team, residents and families, March is all about kindness, connection, and gratitude. With St. Patrick’s Day bringing a little extra luck and fun on March 17, it’s the perfect time to share smiles, reach out to someone special, and enjoy simple moments together. If you like basketball, then this is your month with March Madness, pick up a new book since March is also National Reading Month. Let’s Share stories and recognize women who have made in impact on our lives this month. As we step into this new month, let’s continue uplifting one another, celebrating small joys, and taking time to care for ourselves and those around us.

At HMG, we celebrate International Women’s Day and the incredible women who make a difference in our healthcare community every single day. From the compassionate nurses and dedicated doctors to the hardworking caregivers, therapists, and support staff, women play an essential role in the care and comfort of our residents. Their kindness, patience, and strength help create a place where people feel safe, valued, and truly cared for.
We also celebrate the amazing women among our residents whose lives, stories, and wisdom inspire us all. Their resilience and experiences remind us of the strength that women carry through every stage of life. Today and every day, we are grateful for the women who lead, serve, support, and uplift others. Thank you for the difference you make in the lives of so many. Happy International Women’s Day!

Happy 100th Birthday to one of our most beloved residents. Being able to care for you is a blessing upon all of us who work here. We are so happy to be able to celebrate your birthday with you. Happy Birthday and God Bless! A Big thank you to all the staff members who helped with today. Special shout out to Tommie our maintenance man for manning the Ice Cream station that was donated by our friends at Harbor Hospice who wanted to help celebrate her Birthday. Our Nurses and CNAs for helping our residents get ready for this special event. Felicia, our MDS Nurse for helping pass out the treats that the family made to celebrate with everyone. It is truly a blessing to have such a wonderful team here at Stallings Court!

A big thankyou to the SGA from SFA for coming out to say happy Valentine’s Day to our residents! The residents loved the Valentine’s Day cards and the friendly conversations brought with them. These visits with the community connecting with our residents truly brings more meaning than it shows! A Big thank you to Happy at Home for helping us celebrate Mardi Gras This year! The residents loved having their cake and eating it too! They also enjoyed the ice cream that came with this event. We even had the Stalling Court Squirrel come out to hand out Mardi Gras Beads to our residents! Happy Mardi Gras everyone! A big thankyou to all of our aids and nurses that helped get our residents ready for this event!
