My passion is helping teens & young adults (ages 11-30) navigate complex mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, bipolar disorder, Autism, and low self-esteem, while also supporting them on the transformative journey of discovering and embracing their true identity ☀️

My goal is to empower clients with the tools and support they need to thrive, ensuring they feel heard, understood, and equipped to face the rollercoaster of adolescence and young adulthood with confidence 🎢
