Hello every one, I'd like to introduce the newest CBRS/ Case managers to our team - Kaela. She's bright, strong charactered, and eager to help. If we can be of servive please feel free to reach out - this is a Medicaid provided service that helps with things like independent living skills, education on mental health topics and diagnosis, coping with emotional challenges, as well as educating and linking to community recources, employment needs, food and housing needs, and more. Hi all! I'm wanting to put feelers out there to my Canyon county and Ada county colleagues! Those of you who work with the Medicaid population - I'm considering bringing on a small CBRS/ case management team and wondering how many of you, specifically those in private practice, would find it helpful to have a case manager, or CBRS available for your clients. OR, in those cases, if you do, do you just refer to an agency? I'd like to both get a feel for areas of need as well as hear what other people do. Appreciate any and all feedback!
