Today is my biggest boys fourth birthday and four years since I became a mother ❤️ My love for him grows every day as we walk this path. He’s my greatest teacher but also one of the best humans I’ve ever known. Happy birthday sweet boy!

I'm excited to share more about what I do as well get closer to the new year. While food is one of my passions, I also see so much value in other forms of healing like bodywork, medicine through story, preparation and even more practical things like making sure my clients have a clean, calming space. On top of all of this of course I can take baby so mom can rest 💛

I had to change some little details in pricing so some things are cheaper and some are a little more. I unfortunately will also no longer be offering mother's bowls at this time.
I'll be sharing an extra special offering in the new year, so keep an eye out for that as well.

I'm often asked if I still attend births and the answer is yes! I've stepped back from labor support for the most part while my kids are little but when I have time, especially if a family is also looking for postpartum support I am absolutely happy to support!

When I was postpartum with my second son I had just completed my education in postpartum support. At the time I thought that having all that info would prepare me for anything and that I could be my own Doula.
Unfortunately this led to nearly a full year of suffering. I now know that no amount of information can make you a "good mother" and that you need community, there are no cheat codes.
Now, reflecting on the hardest year of my life I can view it through the lens of the lessons I learned. The person that I have become is someone I like much more. More empathetic, passionate and a little more patient.
Although I don't always share my story with the mothers I work with, I do think in many cases it's helpful to know that I've been there too 💛
There's no perfect mothers, but we are all the best moms to our babies.
