Losing a loved one is one of the most challenging experiences of one’s life. After a loved one passes, families can experience devastation, confusion, guilt, and regret. The road to healing can be challenging to navigate if essential needs and feelings are not appropriately addressed.

The mourning process can take an extensive amount of time to work through. Staying in touch and gathering with others should not end immediately after the death occurs. Try to continue to gather together throughout the entire grieving process.

Growing Old Ain't for Sissies! So we've been told, and to be honest, it feels pretty accurate! What are we going to do about it?

We are excited to partner with Karen Midlo, and Ancora Hospice in providing time to discuss topics such as aging, grief, and caregiving and beyond.

This is a free event, held on the first Wednesday of every month. Our first session will be on September 3, starting at noon, lasting for 1 hour. Bring a sack lunch, and we will provide dessert.
