Our mission is to offer high quality massage and bodywork that is approachable, affordable and convenient, to the Nampa community. Founded by Katherine Long and Amanda Rich, two licensed Massage Therapists with over fifteen years of experience between them, Indian Creek Therapeutics brings wellness through therapeutic massage and bodywork. We welcome all members of our community regardless of race, age, gender or sexual orientation. Our massage and bodywork services include several modalities ranging from relaxing swedish, deep tissue, cranial sacral, trigger point therapy, polarity, hot towels and essential oils aromatherapy. By combining our years of experience working as trained and licensed professionals with a convenient location we hope to be the go-to massage fix for our downtown Nampa community.

She’ll no longer be accepting new standalone massage clients, but current clients may continue scheduling massage sessions directly through the studio. Combination services remain available.⭐️

With over 11 years of experience as a massage therapist, Kari brings a grounding touch and an intuitive understanding of the body. Her work is rooted in presence, compassion, and care—blending relaxation with intentional, results-driven techniques to support physical release and nervous system regulation. Whether easing deep-seated tension, supporting prenatal comfort, or encouraging full-body balance, each session is thoughtfully tailored to the individual.❤️

Kari’s approach is trauma-informed and client-centered, drawing on extensive training in deep tissue, prenatal, cupping, and aromatherapy. Her goal is to create a space where clients feel safe, supported, and deeply restored—inviting the body to soften, settle, and heal.🤲🏼

Reflexology is a therapeutic practice that applies gentle pressure to reflex points on the feet, hands, and ears. These points correspond to organs, glands, and systems throughout the body, helping to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and support the body’s natural healing response.🦶🏼
