Our mission is to offer high quality massage and bodywork that is approachable, affordable and convenient, to the Nampa community. Founded by Katherine Long and Amanda Rich, two licensed Massage Therapists with over fifteen years of experience between them, Indian Creek Therapeutics brings wellness through therapeutic massage and bodywork. We welcome all members of our community regardless of race, age, gender or sexual orientation. Our massage and bodywork services include several modalities ranging from relaxing swedish, deep tissue, cranial sacral, trigger point therapy, polarity, hot towels and essential oils aromatherapy. By combining our years of experience working as trained and licensed professionals with a convenient location we hope to be the go-to massage fix for our downtown Nampa community.

She is joining us as an extern here at Indian Creek Therapeutics to further her knowledge in massage therapy.

Rachel has extensive training and experience in John Barnes Myofascial release and especially loves working with pregnant and postpartum moms. She strives to create a healing space rooted in compassion, presence and empathy.

With a background in trauma-informed care, Rachel has a deep passion for helping others feel safe, seen, and supported in their bodies.
